I wish, I might be a 4. I am 37 years old, 5'4, 180 lbs, Half German half Filipino and I get mistaken for latino. I have a really round chubby face, even when I lost a shit ton of weight I still had a fat face. I try to dedicate an hour a day to the gym and when I am not working I am either gaming or watching anime/manga stuff.

As I see it, it's a foot in the door. My biggest problem with women is initiating any type of interaction, since they react to my doing so with revulsion at least 90%+ of the time.
Maybe I'm wrong, but I feel like if I had a way of "connecting" to them in any way to get the door open I could work with that. I've been reasonably effective at "growing on" women over time in the past when I've had the opportunity. But they won't give me that opportunity.

It's led to plenty of opportunities for sex, but I could never take them due to health problems. I've been incel due to my physical problems more than due to a lack of women being compliant. I'd be at an average partner count by now or more if not for my fucked up body.
I'm just in my 30s now getting to a basic standard of good physical function and now all I have are memories of all the times that "could have been".
Well, perhaps your experiences were different from what I've experienced and everything I've ever seen. I've had girls that I know I never had a chance with go pretty far to convince me I did before sticking me right back in the friendzone once they got me back on the hook. That is probably a topic worth a thread sometime, the fact that not all beta-orbiters are self made, women will go pretty far to lure you back if they sense you're going off the plantation.
