jury is a right and you can waive that right if you wish. most people dont choose bench trials since jury trials are considered safer 99% of the time, but in this case with the sheer amount of media saturation he'd have probably been safer with the bench trial.

How the hell is it safer to be judged by low iq foids, naggers and a pharmacist jew from a blue state? These 'people' obviously operate on consensus, not evidence and reason.
