Basically in this manga the entire world is in a post apocalyptic state and dominated by ungodly looking monstrosities called "Chimeras" and the female Chimeras hunt down and eat the male ones.
The main character is literal femboy who embarks on a journey with his cybernetic onee-san to find out what the world was like before all this fuck shit started happening.
The art for this series is actually pretty fucking great.
