A long midface is unfixable and will stay that way for the whole 21st century. How are the surgeons gonna fix a long midface? Just cut the middle of the skull without somehow killing you? I really don’t see how that surgery would go.

There are surgeries for nearly everything, even box osteotomy for IPD (eye distance), but there’s none for the midface. Which leads me to think that there will never be one in the near future, or never at all.

I know that you’re fucked and that you’re a truecel but you’re always going on about how your midface is bad when it really is not. It’s just your IPD that ruins your midface ratio not your midface length.

For example, the real fucked midfacecels are those with good IPD like me but with a long midface length. Your midface ratio has a chance of being fixed with a box osteotomy while mine isn’t.
