Think about food insecurity. For people who are too poor to buy food, or people who live in areas where food is hard to grow,or there is not enough food. They have what is called food insecurity.

NGO's (non government organizations) such as charities and funds, often open up places called food pantries which are like free (or inexpensive) grocery stores, supplied by donors and donations and volunteer workers.

We are in a similar kind of situation. We are touch starved and have pussy insecurity. What if there were "pussy pantries" that provided free prostitutes to involuntarily celibate men?
The men's phones could be checked to make sure that they are truly incel and not some normie who can at least betabuxx for pussy. The NGO behind it can recruit volunteers women to be the prostitutes or it can raise funds to hire regular prostitutes to staff/supply the facility.

While this would not solve inceldom, I think it would be a good cope and a good way to help incel men gain confidence and sexual experience. I think this would be a great idea overall.

Yeah but you can't fuck the women at the strip clubs. This would be different. And it wouldn't be considered a brothel or a whorehouse since instead of the incels paying, the NGO pays the women with donation money/funds.
