My face didn't change past 16, and many of the people I knew back then as well. I'm pretty sure that high IQ incels who are sub 20 years old are already blackpilled and know this. I do dislike fakecels though, but it's hard to find them. Luckily they'll usually expose themselves after a while because they can't contain their ego.
But they have hope. If you reach the age of 20 and still hasnt fucked/hugged or kissed a girl or even got some signs of interest, then you could say its over. I knew its over myself when i was 21 years old.
