Blame as in what? In terms of causation women DID cause our suffering quite directly, so in a cognitive sense women are culpable.
In regards to intent, you made excellent points explaining that but why is intent that relevant? Sure, according to your case it'd be pointless to hold them morally responsible but blame still serves as a necessary emotional response.
