If you go to the gym expecting to get laid then ofcourse it's useless. Everything is.

But fitness has many other benefits. The gym is actually overrated nowadays, if you want to be fit you can also exercise at home, go running or biking, do martial arts...
It is better and feels better to be fit. The health benefits are both in body and mind. You should still do it even knowing that it won't help you get girls. It's a cope but a good cope. If you only do things based on wether they can get you pussy, then there is no reason to do anything in life.
 
Gym is unhealthy but sport in general isnt, you should try running or swimming, the human body is made for that kind of sport.

I like knowing I can squat 400lbs and can judo throw a twink/bully/foid (in videogame) if want/need too. But muhhhh gym is waste of time. Fuck I like wasting my time in the gym

Assuming no improvement with women, the gym is still worth it. I'd agree that 3 hours everyday is a cope for most but if you can go 3 or 4 times a week for an hour you'll notice improved energy and mood. Cardio gives you ultra hard erections which make masturbation better. Fitting in your clothes better and having as normally a proportioned and oriented body as you can will make you less insecure.
