i went with my friend before were both truecels buts hes more outgoing and a bit of a sociopath and he would just randomly put me on his lives when i just started training idk if he was trying to embarrass me or what

idk if hes still coping with gym or not

i have a bench and treadmill in my basement so i dont have to really go to one anymore but i dont use them because of what you said

You will always be weaker and less capable than the average gym goer though, using extreme examples like roided on stage bodybuilders is silly, the average person just lifts a normal amount and then stops so they can get stronger

There's literally no reason to get all muscled up. If you're an incel getting jacked will only signal insecurity to others and be seen as compensating. Muscle mass is irrelavant. Not being overweight/obese is all that counts
 
I walk on the treadmill because I'm heavy and need to burn calories.
 
Tbh after months of inactivity outside of my job (where i mostly sit) i feel like some exercice is good but it doesnt have to be pure gymcelling and developping muscles. It's more about getting that blood flowing and shit. Being too inactive blows i feel like crap

I used to work out and will start again soon.

I don't do it for foids. I used to, during my bluepilled days, but not anymore.
I do it for myself, to have a good posture and be fit.

i agree with really heavy training but no simple gym routine is healthy and make your body look better
 
I don't think many on here would tell you to go to the gym, pretty sure everyone here knows it doesn't work.
 
I work out at home. I just like having muscle better that being skinny. I mean, I'm still pretty skinny, but way better than I used to be

I agree with you. Going to the gym for the sake of ascending is a dead-end solution for most of us. Despite that, I still believe that some exercise at home is beneficial.

I think about buying one of those minimalistic treadmills so i can walk while staying home. I think even 1 hour of walking can make a big difference.

I don't do it for the sake of slaying but more so to just improve myselfwith the goal of getting stronger and in shape. And I know humble bragging isn't allowed but since it's full of manlets I brutally heightmog most of them which makes me feel a bit better about myself even tho they face mog me brutally.

I agree, gym isn’t usually worth the aging and self torture it takes. I go occasionally just to maintain a decent fitness level, but that’s about it. I have a lifelong hip injury from when I gymcelled harder years ago, and it’s not worth it. I got no added female attention, no compliments, and didn’t even gain much muscle because of how terrible my base is
