Something worth noting on the begining is that these types have nothing to do with personality and behaviour (as those thing are merely outcomes of circumstances you were put in), these male types exist solely due to the genetic factors.

Beta males - those who are obedient toward the alpha male and thus alpha man tolerates them. They are painfully average, so they have decent height (body size), decent looking faces and most of them are neurotypical. They are called normies by us. They can get laid but they have put much effort into it (by obtaining precious resources as money for example) bu there is always a risk that their wifes/girlfiend will cheat on them with more attractive and dominant male (alpha male). Also often their wifes/girlfriend loves for them is insincere and faken as most foids still crave being breeded by chad/alpha male. In society they are mostly worker drones who work to make chads and foids lifes more enjoyable and also they contain the biggest fraction of the male human population.
Omega males - They are often displaying defective features such as small body size (short height, narrow shoulders and so on), naturally low testosterone in some cases (and thus inability to grow full beard for example), autism and sometimes mental ilnesses. They are inherently despised by other groups of society and especially by femoids. In most cases they can't get sex (unless it is obtained by coerce - prostitution or rape for exaple). In natural society they are always on loss spot as they are in most cases physically weaker from beta and alpha males (due to the small and frail body structure). Fortunately after invention and development of firearms they can kill alpha male by just one pull of the trigger. Most of us on this site are omega males and thus most often in modern world omega males are called as incels and "creeps".
