You need to work smart, not hard.

Being rich is a huge cope anyway; sure, financial freedom is nice, but you do not need $100M to be financially free. The only things that being rich buys you over a normal salary are generally useless: Luxury cars, expensive watches, bigger houses. None of these are necessary to live happily.
