Incels want to be loved and desired by women. But the thing is that love and desire cannot be forced or bought. They can be earned by certain actions (rarely) or intrinsic properties (often). The most common example being the property of good looks.
I can’t speak for all but I believe most Incels would be quite happy if there were a reasonable way for them to earn a woman’s love/desire trough actions. Just do xyz and you get a GF.
Even if the way is hard and difficult (within reason), most Incels would happily follow it, knowing that there is a reward at the end.
...but for ugly men there is rarely such a way because the intrinsic property of being ugly overrides all actions you could take to earn love.
Feminists, on the other hand, essentially want to be respected by men. And fortunately for them, there is an established way to get respected: you have to earn it through actions.
However, feminists, much like the famous Incel-stereotype, refuse to put in the effort. Instead demanding to be respected for the achievement of being born a human being.
They are blind to the fact that respect becomes worthless if it is given for nothing. Much like money becomes worthless if we give everyone a billion dollar.
And this is why Feminists are so much lower than Incels:
The former has a way to get what they want, but refuse to go it out of laziness and entitlement.
The later have no such way but would gladly go it, even if it were hard.
