The site used to be named incels.me, then the .me domain got taken down by cucks, so it had to be changed to .is and .co. A lot of users didn't find out about the new url change.

I think it's more likely that a lot of them just decided to part ways with the community, rather than them not being able to find the site again. This site is readily found though IncelTears, which is one of the first results on Google probably.
