Venting Therapy

I went to a therapy last weeks Friday it was my first session on Thursday I received a phone call update regarding the next appointment I was told that it could take months to get one, I can’t believe I got told to hang in there yeah how about I hang myself

That's terrible. It's so difficult to seek help. It's no wonder people rope themselves. I'm planning to go to a psychiatrist soon. Hang in there.

I can’t it’s literally difficult I was told to dial 111 or call the therapy centre during their opening hours
