My last post if you want to follow along:
4th session with therapist.
Talking in circles, he basically drops some extreme bluepill shit and i just give him multiple examples of how that's not how the world works, then he goes 180' and agrees with me, so strange.
At least he agreed with me that the longer you stay a virgin the more damage it will do to your mental health. He said he'd read studies that back that up.
He tried to take the angle of "you need to keep trying"/ "you need to try harder"
I then went in depth about everything I've done over the last decade to try and find love, and i mean absolutely everything, at one point I even asked him to tell me a method/activity/plan/action that he thinks I should try and I'll tell him about how I've done it and failed.
He gave me an ultimatum;
"Annon, you have 3 options."
"I can help you live a life of celibacy"
"I can help you get back on the horse and keep trying to find love."
"Or you can walk away from life entirely, by which I mean suicide"
No joke, that is word for word what he said.
Considering that we have talked in depth about my experience trying to live a celibate life, and my inability to cope is the reason I'm even seeing him, I can't see it any other way, my therapist basically just told me to kill myself.
I have one more session with this guy before my health insurance doesn’t cover the cost so stay tuned for the next episode of why therapy doesn't work
