Any one has experienced this situation?
So, I have been to see a therapist.
We have a group therapy, afterwards we do have an individual meeting with the therapist.
After unpacking my trouble-most issues in my life during my precedent visit, I decided to go back to the therapist to seek some solutions to my problems.
Today, there was no one present for the individual therapy, so I thought I’m going to have more time to discuss my problems. But, as soon as I show up, the therapist told me firmly she will only have 15 minutes for me, thus she was supposed to stay for the whole hour, according to the schedule. She lied that she gave me extra 45 minutes before, but in fact, I stayed only 15 minutes over time (and I didn’t even asked for it). This really made me angry.
The « therapy » was basically revolving around why I was so anger because she cut the consultation, even arguing that this could be the cause of my social problems with others. I naively explained my standpoint, and heard what she had to say. At the end, it went to nowhere, so I told her I have other problems than to discuss my approach to her visits and behavior, she ended it abruptly at that moment. I asked her why she is cutting time with me, even though we have an unused schedule, and she's paid for it, no matter how many clients come. The « therapist » replied to me that she will not explain herself, and asked me out.
