i don't if people know that the worst is yet to come.

international banks are only lending money to companies if the company changes its internal policies to favor women, here in brazil the largest oil company in south america petrobras, just took a loan of 2 billion dollars and had to commit to give the women 35% of administrative DECISION-MAKING positions until 2030.

imagine studying and working your whole life to arrive at a company and have your job ripped from you because some super billionaires have decided that toxic masculinity needs to be destroyed.

this will spread throughout the entire western world economy eventually, companies need money and banks are giving very bad interest rates to those who don't submit to feminism, so either business people bow down to feminism or they're going to be left behind by the companies who received the better interest rates.

There aren't enough skilled women in the workforce to fill these positions, so they are literally taking anyone who shows up at the company door.

this new herd of incompetent employees will reduce the efficiency of companies by lowering production and making products more expensive and it will destroy the job opportunities for millions of men inside and outside the company.

the worst is yet to come, just wait for these policies of female quotas to become 50/50 of employees.

that's the way bankers make bank: lend money to someone on the condition they break their own legs.

Once the legs are broken, they can't pay back because they can't work.

Once they default on the debt, the banker repossesses all his assets (take over the company).

It is simple, cheap, efficient, ellegant. Machiavellian and beautifully destructive, like the design of a landmine.

Too bad normies can't refrain from jumping on them with the two feet first, especially if it comes with a rainbow flag.

In practice this becomes:

(1) put enough token women on the board (whoever is in the running at the director level is already a high-achieving ubermensch post-human anyway)

(2) expand management and create positions for women, with power over things that don't change the bottom line, like social outreach and research (anything and anybody can be stuffed into research)

The board will move exactly as the board decides it will move. Same as before.

Management will try its best to move as before. There is plenty of other make-work like environmental and healthcare regulation compliance outside of core business functions that can sometimes soak up these new hires.

The above is at the corporate and finance level.

At the society level the current trend of women out-earning men will just get stronger. Those stats won't matter politically because the richest men are factored into the statistics of what gets talked about in debates -- 83 cents for every dollar a man makes etc. (That might go on for a while until someone starts to point out that in many major cities women earn more than men.)
