Well, I would consider it rape if the boy was under 11ish (or just before he hits puberty) because at that point he can probably be over powered by a woman and it could mess up his brain development sexually. In our society men can rape anything even if the guy was scrawny and 5'2 and he had sex a 6'1 land whale she could say that she was forcibly held down raped and would probably win that case.
For the most part foids can get away with anything and society makes excuses for them, since obviously foids can do no wrong as far as they are concerned. When they don't get away with something, their punishment is considerably less than a male doing the same thing. Even outside of law, i bet those groups that attack guys for having sexual relations with people underage would not even approach a foid who did the same thing.
