The problem is that all modern copes lead back to sex, because we live in a sex obsessed culture. Anime, video games, movies, TV, ect almost all of it has sex or romance injected into it.

I think it was a lot easier to cope in the 1950’s or earlier. You had lots of community activities back then like bowling leagues, church activities, dance halls, drive in movies (nothing degenerate in them), ect.

People were more involved in their communities back then and women only had one goal which was to get married quickly and have children. Most had no college educations or careers.
