They are capable of extraordinary cohesion, which is why countries like Japan or Korea advanced so quickly once modernized. Mixing with groups that do not share those traits undermines that cohesion and lowers the overall capacity of the population. That is the point. A population without a strong shared identity or high average intelligence is easier to control because it cannot organize as effectively.

I agree with you about oversocialization, but forced interbreeding is also part of the agenda. A major part of what Jews want is for non-Jews to mix, while they themselves stay separate. I wrote this on another thread:

They are disciplined and cohesive in ways that outsiders could exploit, which is why American intervention was so effective there in the first place. If there had not been a strong cultural framework to build on, the aid and reforms would not have produced the same rapid results. You can pour money into Africa for decades and see almost nothing. Japan and Korea, on the other hand, rebuilt into modern powers within a generation.

It is true many Jews in America intermarry and are not practicing in any real sense. I was speaking less about them and more about those who do practice and who take the religion seriously. Those are the ones who matter, because they actually believe they are "God's chosen people" and see themselves as set apart from the nations around them. To them, it is not simply culture or tradition, it is a divine mandate. The point is not that every secular Jew is a threat, but that the religious and organized ones act as though they are better than everyone else and work to make sure it stays that way.
