Generational decline in testosterone levels observed
Endocrine Today | During the past two decades, testosterone levels in American men have rapidly declined. This information comes from a long-term prospective study that evaluated changes in serum testosterone on a population-wide basis.
“The interesting thing we discovered was that, on average, when we measured the testosterone in the blood of a 60-year-old in 1989 it was higher than that in a different 60-year-old measured in 1995,”
We can relate these low levels of T to the amount of estrogens we ingest. In fact we are surrounded by estrogens!

Signs and Symptoms of High Estrogen: Diagnosis, Treatment, and More
High estrogen can occur naturally or may happen because of other factors. Increased levels can have significant effects in both genders. Learn more here.

and high levels of estrogen on men induces:
Infertility: Estrogen is partly responsible for creating healthy sperm. When estrogen levels are high, sperm levels may fall and lead to fertility issues.
Gynecomastia: Estrogen may stimulate breast tissue growth. Men with too much estrogen may develop gynecomastia, a condition which leads to larger breasts.
Erectile dysfunction (ED): Men with high levels of estrogen may have difficulty getting or maintaining an erection.
Slowed growth. Too much estrogen can result in short stature or delayed puberty in boys.
Epiphyseal closure. This can happen in adolescents with high estrogen, causing boys to have short stature.
Other possible symptoms of low estrogen that may happen along with other hormone imbalances include:
reduced sex drive
reduced sperm concentration in semen
feeling exhausted
losing hair all over your body
shrinking muscle mass
reduced growth of penis and testicles
loss of bone density (osteoporosis)
sudden feeling that you’re hot (hot flashes)
having trouble focusing
I have never gone to an endocrine and my parents never took me as a child but of course my T levels are very low and my estrogen levels are very high, because that explains my short stature, small penis, constant tiredness, etc.
It's over.
