I never understood how having a chadfag or chadlitenigger instructor yelling in your face to do x number of push-ups or whatever can ever be motivating to do better. It's humiliating, emasculating and demoralizing as fuck. If I were ever in that position, I would just get angry and get this intense urge to hit that yelling bastard with something.
