I don't know what to say for a woman's perspective but they usually don't acknowledge the biological differences between men and women and how they affect things like employment, crime rates, suicide rates, death rates and always look at things from a social perspective. Gender isn't a social construct. We are different sexes with different characteristics. You can't put an equal amount of male and female employees on every job, most jobs are male dominated because men on average are good at their professions. They started fucking up after they got too involved with transgender ideology because that whole thing goes completely against their core beliefs but you can't bring it up without everyone getting triggered.

It affords them privileges but leads them down a path that will only lead to ruin and depression. Feminism denigrates things women are naturally good at and lauds things men are naturally good at, and encourages women to enter into fields in which they (as a class, there's always individual outliers) will never be able to realistically compete. So, they get their reserved seats and low expectations and high pay, but they still feel empty inside because they know they're just being coddled like a retarded child instead of doing something that would be rewarding for both them and their community.
