As an older poster, I'll just tell you that hypergamy was not this bad in the previous century. There were still lots of social problems (naturally), but we didn't have such a developed Internet culture 15, 20, or 30 years ago. Things weren't even this bad 10 years ago, but that's when the iPhone came out.
Now we have Internet-surfing smartphones, with highly sophisticated cameras. Now we have Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, Reddit, and all the social problems accompanied by these Internet platforms.......which collectively destroys intimacy between men and women, provides women with instant validation, and vastly increases FEMALE HYPERGAMY.
It's safe to say that your generation got a raw deal.
Imagine if every male in the world stop giving attention to cunts. There'd be mass suicides immediately and our SMV would explode like Microsoft in the 80s
