I guess I get a pass because my avi shows BOTH a boy and a girl with about 50/50 focus

My first avatar however depicted a loli wizard as the central focus and I never got a warning... I think it was approximately this:



I guess the fact that even though they're in the background there's four guys (human, frog, 2 dogs) collectively they might be considered 50% of the image though.
