North Korea definitely has Chad potential. Life was without a doubt harder in NK, which was the border between Korea and the nomads, so the people naturally selected to be tough, strong and tall. In 1930, the avg NK male was 166 cm whereas the SK man only 163. So if SK men are 174 today, NK men have the potential to be at least 176. Korean men are not as feminine looking as this site potrays.

Shandong is not rich, but the richest city of Shandong has the tallest youth in all Asia, no competition.
