I was 18, took a LONG walk, 5 miles, to the gun store to buy a shockwave shotgun to shoot myself in the head with. Mom was some place else so this was perfect opportunity.
After finally making it i located the gun store but walked around the back contemplating whether or not i wanna go through with it. I spent literally like 5 hours in this.
I decided to go along with it. The shotgun costed the rest of my money and if i bought it i would NEED to follow up and rope for so many reasons. I looked up the law like a month prior and saw that 18 is elligible for shotgun.
I walked in, the cashier asked me what do i want my shotgun for, i said "self defense" and he showed me some of them. I decided to stick with my original idea, shockwave, so he showed me that.
I had enough money for the gun and slug to shoot myself so i told him i wanted to buy. I had 0 hesitation and was 100% prepared to shoot myself but then he asked me for my ID.
I gave it to him, and he said you had to be 21 to buy any gun now. I asked him i thought my state allowed at 18 yo to buy, he said a couple weeks ago the lawmakers rose it to 21.
I left the store more upset than i have ever been in my life.
Now i have to live a good deal longer RRREEEEEEEEEEE
