Personally, I think that as long as human forms exist in the way that they do now, and have for millions of years, some sort of suffering will always linger. In order to minimize, or completely eradicate suffering and yet also maintain a strong, healthy, and active civilization, we must cleanse 99.99% of the world's population, especially targeting the Global South and areas such as Pakistan, India, LATAM, et cetera, in short, glass the areas where most of everyone's shit genes come from. After that, it will take probably a century or two, or perhaps far longer, but an eventual ascension of flesh towards machinehood would be optimal. Artificial intelligence is doomed to drag down and slopify humanity, which is why AI must be replaced with what I would call EI, Enhanced Intelligence, which would entail the intelligence of the most sapient humans, not the most educated specifically, but most intellectual, most understanding and most worthy, and mixed with the supreme and endless power of machine intellect, separate from AI.
The end goal should be to make it so that incels physically can not exist, and that every human organism is ascended to a semi-God like state of machinehood. Everyone will do what they wish to do, but a hierarchy of law and order will still absolutely exist, at least for the following few dozen millenia, until the human mind is more or less purified, and people can have fun and enjoy life without having to indulge in repulsive subhumanities.

Obviously, this is extremely idealistic, but pragmatism is only a means to an end, not the end itself. Pragmatism without an end is grey goo and slop, whereas idealism comprises the ends, which pragmatism must meet.
