In majority non white communities such as where I live in the Bronx, all white woman are elevated to the status of Stacy.
There are few white woman compared to the rest of the population, this results in all the races of men, white, black, asian, and Latino having a great preference for the white woman as they are more rare then the other races.
In my majority black and latino highschool white girls were all treated as goddesses, even the fat and ugly white girls, because all the men where fighting for them.
Everybody wanted a white girl, but there were so few of them compared to other races, so their value skyrocketed, making them all stacies.
