False rape accusations are bad because men get sent to jail or prison or otherwise get in trouble over them. After they are released, they have a criminal record or may even end up on the sex offender registry, which means they might have trouble getting a job or become a victim of violence from white knights. They didn't do the crime, so they shouldn't be in trouble. Most registered sex offenders are falsely accused. Women enjoy "rape," so it's not rape. The solution to false rape accusations is to legalize rape. When rape is legalized, men won't go to prison over false rape accusations.

The side effect of this proposal to this is that actual rapists won't go to prison either. Prison is worse than rape though, so there's more suffering in the world when rape is illegal rather than legal. The suffering of an inmate is worse and longer lasting than the suffering of a rape "victim," so it's better to just let the victim continue to be raped. There's more men falsely accused of rape than there are women who are raped, so the result of legalizing rape is less suffering in the world.

By definition, women don't want to be raped in the case of actual rape. (and it alone speaks volumes I have to write "actual rape.")

But what is almost never acknowledged is that part of why women are raped by men to the extent it does occur because women want to be raped/are attracted to rapists in a more general sense. Women do not want the antithesis of rape, which is the sort of "pure consent" that cringe Libs talk about. Between this and a man that has the qualities of a rapist to some extent and the nature of him fucking her is akin to rape to some extent, women obviously prefer/desire the latter.

Hence women put themselves in situations and associate with men that entails them being more likely to be raped in a way they dislike than they would if they were not like that, and this is the real reason actual rape occurs to the extent it does.

Also before modern times in the U.S.A., men literally had to stalk women for a chance of having sex with them, and the same dynamic happens now but in a different way.
