False rape accusations are bad because men get sent to jail or prison or otherwise get in trouble over them. After they are released, they have a criminal record or may even end up on the sex offender registry, which means they might have trouble getting a job or become a victim of violence from white knights. They didn't do the crime, so they shouldn't be in trouble. Most registered sex offenders are falsely accused. Women enjoy "rape," so it's not rape. The solution to false rape accusations is to legalize rape. When rape is legalized, men won't go to prison over false rape accusations.
The side effect of this proposal to this is that actual rapists won't go to prison either. Prison is worse than rape though, so there's more suffering in the world when rape is illegal rather than legal. The suffering of an inmate is worse and longer lasting than the suffering of a rape "victim," so it's better to just let the victim continue to be raped.
