Highschool is long behind me, and most men my age just see it as a memory part of the course of their life into finding a career and starting a family. Like many incels I am still stuck at a stage where I wonder what went wrong during a time everyone finds their partner and goes on the natural course of life. I realised prom is as big of a test in school as finals or midterms was. It is the test of your genetics and social ability. That is where you were expected to find a girl to take with you and then lose your virginities afterwards. Its not talked about by school officials but it is exactly what it was designed for. Men that failed this test have failed completely, because no other time in your life will meeting and dating a girl be easier. It is an official test as part of the school system. I personally never attended it because I dropped out before that significant part of graduation came due to mental health problems and loneliness. It is commonly treated as just another extra feature of going to school but I think it is one of the ultimate tests that was set up on purpose.

I didn't go to my prom either. I didn't really think about it the way you described it but I think you may be right. Good-looking and tall guys always have a cute girl with them, the uglies and manlets end up going alone or with some girl theyre in the friendzone with. It's a microcosm for how high your smv is.

I asked 4 different girls to prom! 2 of them said they already had a date, which was true because I met their prom dates. The other 2 girls probably lied to my face because they were like, "OH, uhhh, I'm sorry Incel Gamer, I already have a date to prom! But it's sweet of you to think of me."
