For me it's quite clearly anxiety and inkwelldom, which I suppose could be covered by 'lack of connection to self and others' but that just sounds kinda vague and obvious to me.
well... for me its trauma
over the past year i stopped my alcohol consumption by about 80-90% from previous years.
what I noticed without alcohol was that I started to think a lot about my past traumatic experiences and loneliness in general.
i now find other healthier addictions like working. I'm careful not too work too much though as that can give you a heart attack.
working takes your mind off of things.
either way this country is fucked. its getting worst and worst for young american men and I predict the future to be some sick purge-like situation.
