He's right about this. I deal with/meet a lot of Arabs on an almost daily basis, by all means, some of the smartest, nicest, formal, modest people. They are more formal/traditional, but they don't give a fuck, they're going to use a pocket of change to pay and every other local asshat has to wait? They don't give a fuck, I love it, they're smarter than the locals too. WAY smarter.

They have a traditional but reasonable approach, they can be patient, but like anyone, there is some bullshit they don't want to deal with, they are very family and family values centered and oriented.
