So my advice would be to read up on theory and use what makes sense to you.
A lot of their advice is bad, however, such as overly negging, dread game, how they communicate over texts, etc.
Although it may work with Chads. But more is forgiven of Chad, anyway.
And we all know some of those guys pull solely due to looks. The techniques would aid in retaining them in an LTR, however. Handling an above average foid is a delicate process that has no room for error as an average looking male.
