In this system Alpha is the one who is ruling betas, he's their master and their king and the one that is simply better than them and more successful, "betas" are quit literally servants of Alpha and the people who are working to become Alphas

Alpha is basically a charismatic leader that gives betas orders that are disguised as "advice"

All jokes aside it seriously is a cult. I've seen what it's community has done to people and deluded everyone around them.
