If no one is talking to you at work, YOU ARE GAINING ZERO SOCIALISATION, YOUR JUST SURROUNDED BY PEOPLE NOT WILLING TO TALK TO YOU.

OK, JUST GO TO A LIBRARY AND SIT IN SILENCE WITH STRANGERS STARING AT BOOKS, IT SIMPLY DOESNT COUNT AS SOCIALISATION.

3) Forced negative interactions with general public going to and from work, the bad stares, laughs and negative interaction with normies, is AGAIN ANOTHER NET NEGATIVE TO YOUR MENTAL HEALTH.

4) Mentally draining aspect of a semi high iq job, you are to a degree mentally spent at the end of a work day, due to the concentration needed to perform and maintain a skilled job. Meaning that even if you wanted to be creative and do other things, you have little energy to do them as you have spent the best hours at your job and all you want to do is veg out.

All the OP says is true. I would add that the CoL is very high these days. I am lucky to be Millenial and not GenZ so I didn't have it as bad. But basically for many young men in the west there's no point to working:

1. Food/shelter/survival: work doesn't give much extra that living on the government support would give you (in the west)
2. Housing: even skilled work doesn't give much extra. A chad or even normie tallfag can just become a real estate agent or politician or CEO and make lots of money, but for an incel the top tier job they can get is STEM which increasingly is not enough to get on the housing ladder (due to competition with other incels and immigrants who never take chad jobs)
3. Women: foids can get food/shelter/survival either via NEETing (and get chad cock on the side) or the higher tier ones can even get a chad to commit.

It used to be the case that working was respectable, and societal outlook was better. Men had the promise of a loving wife to come home to and the prospect of raising a family with the money they earn.
In the modern era, working a job feels more like being a systemic slave. Even normies can no longer count on having faithful women in their lives and most women don't want children and would rather work on themselves (slut around), for inkwells that's magnified, no hope of a family.

I'm a wageslave, but I still remember my first playthrough in Skyrim as if it were last week.

It's not neeting, but rather social isolation that screws up one's mind and sense of time and life progress. It just happens that most neets are socially isolated, but there is nothing magical about being a wageslave that improves your life just because.

Any social interaction is shit if you are bad looking. If you are ugly and small you won't reach the higher ranks of a company anyways so statusmaxxing in the company isn't gonna work if you are a truly unattractive male. You will at best be somewhere in the lower-mid on the pay ladder. It simply doesn't matter if you work or not, social interaction will always consist of negative feedback in some form or way and you will never benefit from it.
