Yes, Saturn (aka Cronus, "Chron") is the god of time, only a 5th dimensional being can manipulate our 4th dimensional reality, although he does have 4 dimensional minions (angels, demons, aliens, archons, elites, Jews) that actively mess with things throughout time but they were all placed before time by god for whom time is like a blueprint

I don't think Saturn the planet is the actual god tho, it's like a temple or some sort of tool to hold earth in place, god isn't material
