Think before you sleep is a joke. I'm sorry but he speaks like the typical sheltered doughy pasty rich kid who has never faced any adversity other than he could never bag stacy. He is cut from the same cloth as shoeonhead. Left leaning champagne socialists who can't accept the hard left because they're too rational but they still want the pussy high up on that pedestal. They will never face a hard day in their lives. He is the guy who when he came into work 15 minutes late the manager practically gave him a blowjob or at the very least it was ignored, while you coming in 5 minutes late because of shit public transport got a formal warning. The world doesn't seem unfair to him because from his self-absorbed perspective it isn't. In his mind if people just didn't get angry they wouldn't have so many problems.
He speaks like someone who has never had to worry about people criticizing him but often feels like he isn't listened to. He just struggled his whole life to figure out why he couldn't bag a stacy when everyone around him had nothing but praise for him, so he figured it must be something he's doing wrong in his approach.
You have to understand, many oofy-doofys didn't wake up one day and decide to be an oofy-doofy, they were raised like that (mostly by women). Unfortunately for TBYS he is not a chad, he was raised to be another woman's wallet in all likelihood by a woman who viewed men as wallets. For women like that, the way they cope with having a son is that he will be their "handsome angel" that wouldn't hurt a fly. He will be different from other men, he will be like a boyband member.
Believe me you would not want to see how that whole dysfunctional relationship works because I can promise you it's fucking weird. It's completely without love, so these guys end up being a lot like women. Liars, sneaky, manipulative, etc. He'll only realize how fucked he got once he gets married to some 4/10 who much like his mother and other women, doesn't really care what he has to say and doesn't really much care for what he likes. If he's really unlucky he'll get a 7/10 that hates the very sight of him.
