I surgerymaxxed a few years ago and got cheekbone augmentation. I used Christian Bale's cheekbones in American psycho for reference like the sperg I am and they came out decent, under certain lights they really pop. I went for the broadest and highest possible. Problem is it was like painting shit with a golden brush. The rest of my face is a boneless disaster. Needless to say it hasn't gotten me any foids' attention but at least I am quite comfortable going outside now. My goal is to get double jaw surgery in the distant future and I'm currently a 28 year old man with braces jfl. If you have the means, put every penny towards surgerymaxxing. You probably won't ascend but it can make you cope better with your existence.
