I've experienced serious grief before - not as a result of a relationship break-up, because I've never had one, but if I ever were to get in a relationship and go through a break-up (which won't happen), I'd be in a position to deal with it because it would be nothing new. Also, I'd try to not get too emotionally invested in the first place so the break-up wouldn't be as hard.

As a result, this isn't an advantage of being incel for me.
