Im a lawful citizen, Even if my NEET apartment is worse than the prison, I would never rape or kill anyone.

Healthcare system here is actually worse, Drug addicts and murderors gets healthcare faster than an obidient citizen, Ive been waiting since september to meet a doctor, Drug addicts get free teeth care, Free everything while the average citizen have to pay half the amout or still pay up for treatment.
Also it takes about a year to get a hospital appointment in norway.
You have to go thru heaps of doctors before they admit you that are not at the hospital you want to go.
Between these evaluations you can expect to wait 1 to 2 years or 5 months.
First doctor i waited half a year, This doctor puts me over to another doctor half a year, So basically waited a year for treatment which i still havent gotten yet.
Your limb could be falling off and youd still need to wait and get evaluated, You will get a note in the mailbox which takes 14 days, Then you will wait even longer, Even if your leg is bleeding to death.
You could call ambulance i think that is even faster than trying to find a doctor.
Most doctors here will try and debunk everything you say and think they have superior knowledge, They will think that they know better than you even tho you explain to them what the problem is, Then you get evaluated again because that doctor didnt believe you.
Good luck getting a doctors appointment in norway and a doctor that believes you!
