Think about it, their all ugly mutant turtles who live in the sewer with a giant mutant rat.
There are no female mutant turtles for them to ascend with, so they can't breed.
And they can't ascend with April O'Neil because she's human, their still teenagers and she cucks them with a chad named Casey Jones.
These poor souls are all literally virgins, they can't find mates or breed.
Their the only ones of their kind and once their gone, their gone forever.
