I just watched the Christmas Special, lol
Back in the day (I'm thinking of the noughties) they were quite good especially as it was on an occasion like Christmas.
Anywho erm... hm. Technically it was... I guess fine. Not really my style of television but it was fine. I feel like the writing was a bit "heavy" but I can't really remember what it was like years ago.
In terms of the wokeness... by far the most obvious thing I noticed was that whilst in the latest Bond movie barely a single woman could be attracted to him, the now black Doctor had I think exclusively white women fawning all over him throughout that entire episode, lol
So... I dunno. Another double standard I guess.
Also I felt like it was a bit blasphemous against Christianity... I dunno. It depends how you interpret it but especially as it was on Christmas... I dunno. I don't want to be too hard on something that is supposed to be typically playful and very much fictional but it did feel a bit wrong to me.
Anywho, overall maybe a 7/10.

The new season of doctor who is actually really hecking good, you know, it's just like all the other ones, except it's got this really strong BLACK lead and the Doctor this time is a fa-I mean gay man, it's so wholesome, so much better than before, and it's still got all that cool sci fi stuff, the aliens, and the time travel, uhm, i love doctor who, it's my favorite show, and I love how pozzed they're making it, it's really awesome to see, so inclusive and heartwarming

I've now watched 4 Christmas specials in 24 hours XD
2010, 2014, 2015, 2024 and a bit of 2023 but it was too awful to continue lol
They've been hit and miss but one thing that I did notice is that even the 2014 one was woke in its own way.
The only other one I've seen is 2007 and that was literally back in 2007!
