if you were in nazi germany and wanted to get a girl, you would not spend years on useless looksmaxxing shit and cosmetic surgery. instead you would get your life in order and get in a position where you can reliably provide for a family, because that's what girls are chasing after.
the system was extremely successful, and much of germany's rapid post-war recovery was due to the lasting effects that it produced.
what we are seeing now in the modern west is the exact opposite, and the effects will be catastrophically bad and long-lasting.
