Correct and we have to confront them with it at any given chance.

I as a man am being held accountable immediately when I fuck up. In fact, at work, for example, I don't even try to hide a fuck up. If I can fix it, fine, if not I say it as is and explain how it could have happened.

I also do it in my private life as I believe that this is the best way to move forward for everyone involved and I wouldn't want anyone innocent to be blamed for my failure.

I have learned that being honest about your mistakes at work actually leaves a positive impression.

At least it has worked for me. Not to the same extend in every company I have ever worked dor, but in the current one the most dor sure.
