I don't know shit about history but seeing as how all systems in nature end up as winner take all, I'm guessing throughout history, most men were slaves with shitty lives.

Meaning we were all unlucky enough to be born and given a body that makes us too scared to kill ourselves. Life is just dog shit for men, especially if you bravery to face the truth of how you're getting fucked over. Then it's pretty hard to cope with that knowledge.

Chinese history is a long one of being repeatedly conquered by foreign invaders and being cucked sexually, culturally and politically.

From my research of history, I'm of the opinion that things would generally been better for most incels in many parts of the past. Not sexually, mind you, but in terms of meaninglessness. In the past, there were often copes where you could still be validated as having some worth to your tribe/community. Also, foids died at tremendous rates during childbirth, so a lot of shitty incel genetics from women were being filtered out while spreading their legs for chad. Death was likely preferable to single motherhood even if they survived.

Historically it depends on where and when but men died young from disease and war, men fathered many children who ended up dying of malnutrition, disease, being overworked, war etc so often had no lineage
your wife if you got one also died young, often in childbirth so you'd have to raise the kid and work 14 hours a day or fight a battle that you didn;t understand for a king who taxed you for working on his fields to get his crops for his dinner.

Life may have been simpler and more men would have had wives but for much shorter times, with more illness and poverty. If you manage to get married and have kids without them all dying or leaving you in the current year then you mog the majority of the world's population throughout the majority of the eras
