I'm pretty sure this is called Positive Christianity or something like that. Too vague for my tastes but I can understand why the Nazis gravitated toward it, what with the emphasis on nature. There was also the Volkisch movement, don't forget;

I agree with this, and it's essentially my religious views. I believe in some form of "higher power" to a degree, but it's perhaps one which isn't in the form of a divine being.

Positive Christianity was simply a neutered form of Christianity created to serve the interests of the regime. The ideas Bormann espoused here are more akin to Gottgläubig, a form of deism in the Third Reich that was popular within the SS.
