I'm not fascinated with that reddit page, but YOU guys are, so here's my explanation of their psychy:

The females on there are titilated by the idea of their being sex deprived men who they themselves could possibly satisfy sexually. They have this fascination because they're either very young girls (like 14 year olds) or plain/ugly women in their 20s and 30s. The same motivation is at play for both: Mildly getting off of the idea that incels would find them attractive.
