In general don't go in tiny ass caves where you can barely crawl into, you're better off bringing some mining tools with you to dig yourself out and also AVOID water at all costs. Radios or any electronic equipment won't work since the waves will just be interfered with the cave structure.

Also... imagine being lost in a complex cave system in the pitch black. That sounds terrifying tbh especially if the chance of rescue was low.
And yeah the last one was scary too although to be honest many are quite like that one.
